Standard Terms of Service
1. Service Scope & Waste Carrier Status
One Clear Limited is a Registered Waste Carrier (License: CBDU478885).
2. Access & Client Obligations
Safe Access: The client must ensure clear access to the waste area.
Gates must be unlocked or codes provided. Animal Safety: For the safety of our technicians, all animals must be secured away from the service area during the visit unless otherwise agreed.
Site Conditions: Clients are responsible for keeping the grass at a reasonable length to ensure all waste can be located.
3. Waste Classification & Prohibited Items
Controlled Waste: We collect non-hazardous controlled waste.
Prohibited Items: We do not collect asbestos, medical waste, or volatile chemicals. The client agrees to indemnify One Clear for any fines or damages resulting from prohibited items hidden within general waste.
4. Quotes, Payments & Cancellations
Estimates: Initial quotes are estimates. We reserve the right to adjust final pricing on-site if the waste volume significantly exceeds the description.
Payment: Payment is due upon completion.
Cancellations: We require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Failure to provide notice while our team is en route will result in a 50% call-out charge.
5. Liability & Duty of Care
Property: While we take extreme care, we are not liable for minor wear to unmaintained gates, fences, or lawns resulting from standard service.
Sanitisation: We use professional, pet-safe disinfectants to prevent cross-contamination (e.g., Parvovirus/Giardia) between properties.
